Clinicals – Guest & Live Model Practice at Elite Aesthetics Academy
During clinicals, students work with guests and live models to gain real-world experience and a deeper understanding of spa operations. This includes:
Scheduling: Booking clients properly and managing appointment times.
Intake & Consent: Completing all required forms before services begin.
Charting: Accurately documenting treatments and client progress.
Set Up & Breakdown: Preparing the room and treatment cart before each guest and resetting after every service.
Sanitation: Following all cleaning protocols for equipment, carts, and treatment rooms.
Laundry: Managing soiled linens, keeping them separate, and following laundry procedures.
This hands-on practice ensures students develop the skills, professionalism, and confidence needed to succeed as licensed estheticians.
At Elite Aesthetics Academy, students progress through their esthetics program in phases. To advance from one phase to the next — and ultimately graduate — students must meet specific quota requirements. These requirements ensure that each student gains adequate hands-on practice, completes service hours, and demonstrates professional competency.
