At Elite Aesthetics Academy, the final phase of your esthetician program is where everything comes together. This is the exciting stage where you take the knowledge and hands-on skills you’ve built throughout training and apply them with confidence, preparing FOR your future career.


What to Expect in the Final Phase

130-HOUR REQUIREMENT WITH UP TO 40 HOURS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF PHASE FINAL QUOTAS

Hands-On Refinement : Perfect your techniques in skincare, facials, waxing, makeup, and lash and brow services. All protocols and expectations for treatments were established in Phase One.

Salesmanship & Client Building: To prepare you for real-world success, this phase emphasizes salesmanship and client recruitment. This ensures that by the time you graduate, you’ll already have experience in client retention, sales conversations, and business-building, giving you a competitive edge.

  • Finding Your Own Clients: Learn how to confidently invite friends, family, and local community members to book services at the academy.

  • Treatment Rate Advantage: Your clients receive services at special academy treatment rates, making it easier to fill your chair.

  • Discount Vouchers: Utilize school-provided vouchers to offer incentives and promotions while still meeting your minimum service quota.

  • Meeting Quotas: Practice balancing your schedule, promoting services, and building relationships—skills that mirror what you’ll need in a professional spa or medspa setting.

Real Client Practice with CLINICALS: Work with live models in a supervised clinical setting to gain confidence and speed.

Teaching Assistant (TA): In this phase, you’ll provide direct support as a TA. You’ll provide peer-level guidance, prepare the setup and help guide the students in phase one to learning the skills in that section.

Clinical Lead: In this phase, you can support as a Clinical Lead. You are responsible for checking in guests, helping restock rooms, helping Dream Medspa clients feel welcomed, monitoring the phones, and mentoring peers in the treatment room to peers with protocol questions. This position is to ensure every client experience is professional and safe.

Social Media Collaboration: You’ll have opportunities to collaborate on social media content with Elite Aesthetics Academy. Showcase your skills, highlight your treatments, and build a professional portfolio. Learn best practices for promoting yourself on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to attract future clients. This collaboration not only gives you exposure but also helps you graduate with a head start in marketing yourself as an esthetician.

9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday and Sunday

130 Clinic Hours Are Required After Finishing Phase One

Guest Scheduling: All guests must be scheduled in the Vagaro system. Be sure to also select the appropriate room resource when booking.

Attendance: Students are required to clock in using the biometric fingerprint system for accurate attendance tracking.

Professional Readiness: Students must manage their time effectively and take responsibility for inventory reporting, cart setup, and room breakdown.

Clinic Standards: Maintain proper sanitation protocols, follow all laundry requirements, and ensure the treatment space is clean and professional at all times.

Documentation: Complete all intake forms, consent forms, and charting accurately for each guest. Follow the Elite treatment protocol for every service provided.

ALL CLINICALS NEED TO FOLLOW THE EXACT PROTOCOLS TAUGHT IN PHASE ONE.

Salesmanship & Client Building

Hours: Students may complete up to 10 hours dedicated to salesmanship and client building during the Final Phase. Completed in the academy. MUST SCHEDULE THE TIME IN VAGARO BASED ON ROOM AVAILABILITY.

Social Media Outreach: Time may be used to create professional social media posts, promote services, and showcase treatments to attract potential clients.

Client Recruitment: Students are encouraged to hand out vouchers, reach out to friends, family, and local networks, and invite them to experience services at the Academy.

Education: Students should also focus on educating potential clients about the treatments offered and the Academy’s service menu, highlighting affordability and professional supervision.

Skill Development: These hours are designed to help students perfect communication, marketing, and client relationship-building skills—critical for success as a licensed esthetician.

PHASE FINAL QUOTAS

Completion Requirement: Students must complete all assigned phase quotas to receive full credit.

Point Value: Each quota is worth 1 point and must be completed at separate hours to theory Phase One theory hours. Once the final rubric has been passed, the student can begin recruiting to complete phase final quota requirements.

Timing: Quotas must be completed and signed during school hours on the same day the work is performed. Quotas must be accompanied by receipts from the Vagaro system and stapled to the Phase Final Worksheet. If vouchers were redeemed, we add this detail to the Client notes and apply the discount percentage to the appointment. Work from previous days will not be signed.

Minimum Standard: Students must complete at least 58 quotas with a maximum of 77 to earn a 100% on the quota sheet and successfully pass Phase Final.

Extra Credit: Extra credit is only available after meeting the minimum requirement. Each extra credit quota is worth 0.5 points.

Social Media Collaboration

Students may complete up to 10 hours collaborating on social media content with Elite Aesthetics Academy. MUST SCHEDULE THE TIME IN VAGARO BASED ON ROOM AVAILABILITY.

This includes showcasing treatments, building a professional portfolio, and learning best practices for promoting themselves on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. These hours provide exposure and give students a head start in marketing themselves as future estheticians.

Teaching Assistant (TA)

Hours: Students may complete up to 10 hours serving as a Teaching Assistant. These hours count toward program requirements and provide leadership experience. MUST SCHEDULE THE TIME IN VAGARO TO SECURE THE 1 TA SPOT AVAILABLE PER CLASS SESSION.

Support Role: TAs assist Phase One students as well as the instructor, offering guidance, answering basic questions, and helping peers build confidence and skill.

Operational Duties: TA responsibilities also include ensuring that inventory is stocked, laundry is managed, and clinic sanitation standards are maintained at all times.

Professional Development: Acting as a TA gives students valuable experience in teamwork, leadership, and clinic operations—skills that will benefit them in their future careers as licensed estheticians.

Clinical Lead (CL)

Hours: Students may complete up to 10 hours on saturday and sunday serving as a Clinical Lead. These hours provide leadership training and real-world clinic management experience. THIS requires training before scheduling. MUST SCHEDULE THE TIME IN VAGARO TO SECURE THE 1 CL SPOT AVAILABLE PER SESSION.

Student Support: Clinical Leads assist other students in the Final Phase, guiding them with guest check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth client experience.

Operational Duties: Responsibilities include inventory stocking, laundry management, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the clinic.

Front Desk & Medspa Support: Clinical Leads also assist the Dream Medspa team by answering phone calls, greeting guests, and allowing clients into the building.

Professional Growth: Serving as a Clinical Lead builds confidence in leadership, customer service, and day-to-day spa operations—essential skills for success in the aesthetics industry.

sanitations

Hours: Students will lose credit for quotas if sanitations are not completed properly.

During the Phase Final, sanitation is a key responsibility for every student. Proper cleaning and disinfection practices protect guests, maintain a professional clinic environment, and prepare students for real-world expectations as licensed estheticians.

Student Sanitation Responsibilities in Phase Final:

  • Treatment Room Setup & Breakdown: Disinfect beds, chairs, counters, and equipment before and after every guest.

  • Tool & Equipment Care: Clean and disinfect all reusable tools immediately; dispose of single-use items properly. Follow manufacturer protocols for steamers, LED, and advanced devices.

  • Linen & Laundry Management: Replace all linens between guests, place soiled linens in designated bins, and follow laundry rotation requirements.

  • Clinic Floor Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in hallways, carts, and common spaces at all times.

  • Compliance & Professionalism: All sanitation must be completed immediately after services—students may not leave a room uncleaned.
