A deposit is required to secure your seat in class. Because class sizes are limited, your seat is not reserved until your deposit has been received. Once your deposit is submitted, our team will walk you through the required enrollment paperwork and next steps.

admission Requirements

The school does not discriminate in its employment, admission, instruction, or graduation policies BASED ON sex, age, race, color, religion, or ethnic origin nor does it recruit students already attending or admitted to another school offering similar programs of study.

The institution's admission policies require that each student meet one of the following:

a. Have completed high school or its equivalent as evidenced by any of the items on the following non-exhaustive list: copy of diploma, copy of GED certificate, copy of a transcript showing high school completion, a certificate of attainment (only applicable to non-Title IV recipients), proof of attainment of an Associate's degree or higher by providing a copy of a college transcript showing college completion or college degree, etc.; or

b. Have evidence of completion of homeschooling that state law treats as a home or private school. If the state issues a credential for homeschooling, maintain this credential; or

c. Have the ability to benefit from the training, according to the NACCAS Ability-To-Benefit Policy. IN PLACE OF passing an ability-to-benefit test, the applicant may enroll in and complete at least 6 credit hours or 225 clock hours, if the program is longer than 600 clock hours.

d. Have evidence that verification of a foreign student's high school diploma has been performed by an outside agency that is qualified to translate documents into English and confirm the academic equivalence to a U.S. high school diploma.

e. If attending under a training agreement with a government agency, school district, and/or other entity, meets the admission requirements set out in the training agreement and/or applicable state licensing or certification regulations.

Additional Admissions Procedures

  • ALL prospective students are invited to attend a virtual or in-person interview with the admission officer.

  • Prospective students MUST provide a state or nationally-issued identification card or Military Discharge Identification and social security card or Passport.

  • Complete the admission application known as the enrollment agreement.

  • Provide evidence of a high school diploma, general equivalency diploma, or its equivalent.

  • Must provide transcripts from the previous school and must follow the Transfer Policy, if applicable.

  • Applicants who do not have a high school diploma, certification, or GED and are at least 18 years of age must demonstrate the ability to learn from the program of instruction.

  • All information requested is to establish eligibility and a record for the individual within the institution.

  • Disclosure of this information is voluntary, however, failure to provide accurate and complete information will prevent the enrollment of the individual in the program. No qualified person will be excluded from enrollment at this institution based on age, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality. The confidentiality of applicants as well as student records is strictly protected.

Insurance Requirements

600-Hour Esthetician Program Insurance

All students enrolled in the 600-hour esthetician program are provided insurance through ASCP upon enrollment. This helps ensure students are properly covered as they begin their hands-on training experience.

Advanced Course Insurance Requirement

Students enrolling in advanced courses are required to have professional liability insurance before participating in training. If you are already licensed or working in the industry, you should already have coverage for your license. Our admissions team can help explain what documentation is needed before enrollment.

graduation Requirements

Completion of Required Courses: Successfully complete all parts outlined in all course outlines and with the esthetician program curriculum, including but not limited to skincare techniques, facial and body treatments, makeup application, hair removal, sanitation, and safety practices.

Practical Training Hours: Accumulate the required practical training hours, which involve hands-on experience performing advanced services and basic esthetician services dependent on the course outline under the supervision of licensed instructors. Practical training hours must cover a variety of treatments and techniques to ensure comprehensive skill development.

Theory Hours: Attend and actively participate in all theory classes, covering topics such as anatomy and physiology of the skin, skin analysis, chemistry of skincare products, client consultation, and business management. Fulfill the required number of theory hours as per program guidelines.

Maintain Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA): Maintain a minimum GPA of 85% throughout the duration of the program. This ensures academic proficiency and readiness for professional practice.

Attendance and Professionalism: Maintain a satisfactory attendance record and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of education and training. Adherence to school policies, punctuality, and respect for peers and instructors are essential components of successful completion.
