Clinical Lead AT ELITE AESTHETICS ACADEMY– up to 10 hours

Students in the 600-hour esthetician program may complete up to 10 hours as a Clinical Lead during the Final Phase. Clinical Leads assist peers with guest check-in and check-out, support instructors, and help manage clinic flow. Duties also include stocking inventory, laundry, sanitation, answering phones, and assisting Dream Medspa by welcoming guests into the building. This role develops leadership, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Clock in using biometric system.

  • Check in with instructor or front desk for assignments.

  • Assist Phase Final students with guest check-in and check-out.

  • Ensure all guest intake and consent forms are completed properly.

  • Support clinic flow by guiding guests to treatment rooms and answering basic questions.

  • Provide assistance to instructors as needed during clinic operations.

Clinic Operations

  • Verify treatment carts are fully stocked before appointments.

  • Monitor and report inventory shortages to the instructor.

  • Oversee laundry rotation (collect, wash, dry, fold, and restock linens).

  • Check all treatment rooms for proper setup, breakdown, and sanitation.

  • Ensure common areas (waiting room, reception, and hallways) remain clean and professional.

Front Desk & Medspa Support

  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Greet guests warmly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Let guests into the building and direct them to the correct area.

  • Assist Dream Medspa staff with front desk duties when requested.

End of Shift Duties

  • Confirm inventory is restocked and carts are prepared for the next day.

  • Make sure laundry is completed or in process.

  • Verify rooms and common areas are sanitized and ready.

  • Ensure other students are completing their sanitations.

  • Check out with instructor or Dream Medspa staff before leaving.

Reminder: Clinical Leads are role models in professionalism, customer service, and clinic operations. Lead by example and ensure every guest has a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

IN THE EVENT there nothing to complete in CLINIC OPERATIONS, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING TASKS FOR ATTENDANCE CREDIT

Organize and check inventory in the FRONT SUPPLY CLOSET

Organize and check inventory in the BACK SUPPLY CLOSET

Restock all supplies, disposables, and liquids in ROOM 1 to ROOM 5

Sanitize all contents in the BLACK SUPPLY CLOSET AND ACADEMY B SHELVES

Organize and fold laundry properly in ROOM 1 to ROOM 5

Relabel items in ROOM 1 TO ROOM 5 with worn labels

Organize and restock state board kits

Goo Gone and disinfect ALL FLOORS

Magic eraser on all walls

Deep clean Academy A and Academy B

Deep clean kitchen, cabinets, fridge, and freezer
