This training room is available 7 days a week! It is a flat fee or can be a 10% fee of the class revenue- whichever is more ideal for your needs.

This is a booth rental offering where each individual must utilize ALL of their items! Please provide all of your disposables, gloves, pigments, cartridges, machine, and whatever else that is needed.

Choose All the Items You Will Need for the Course when filling out your agreement form: chairs, tables, tv, treatment room, classroom.


Use of Booth: The Booth Renter shall use the Booth solely to provide workshops and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Equipment and Supplies: The Booth Renter shall be responsible for providing their own equipment, supplies, and products necessary to conduct their business within the Booth.

Maintenance and Repairs: The Clinic shall be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the spa, while the Booth Renter shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the Booth each day leaving the clinic.

Client Management: The Booth Renter shall be solely responsible for managing their own client appointments, scheduling, and payments.

Insurance: The Booth Renter agrees to carry liability insurance covering their business activities conducted within the Booth and to provide proof of insurance to the Salon upon request.
